Extraction and Post Processing
Our process starts with centrifuge based ethanol extraction to separate the cannabinoid and terpene profile from your biomass. At this point the biomass is discarded, and we are left with a hemp rich extract and ethanol mixture called Solute. The solute then undergoes a 3-stage filtration process to remove all the fats, waxes, and lipids. Once filtered, we then utilize falling film evaporation to recover the majority of the ethanol from the extraction process. The crude oil then undergoes a decarboxylation process which converts the acidic forms of cannabinoids into their activated forms, and recovers the remaining ethanol. At this stage each batch is independent third party tested to be rich in cannabinoids, solvent free, and fully decarboxylated. The crude oil can then be further refined into full spectrum distillate by way of wiped film distillation. Full spectrum distillate can then be recrystallized to create cannabinoid isolate. Once distillate and isolate have been created it is now refined enough to proceed to product infusion and max profits.
