How Much Should I Take?
Your Body is Unique and so is Your Dose
CBD has been shown to provide wonderful therapeutic benefits for so many people. The tricky part can be figuring out the dose that is ideal for you. Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to the question, “how much CBD should I take?” However, we can provide you with some great tips including conservative starting doses and how to increase your dose if necessary.
Start Low, Go Slow, but KEEP GOING
Why do we suggest that you start with a low dose and slowly increase when you begin your journey with CBD? There are two simple reasons. Reason one, everyone’s body is unique, and responses will vary as a result. Reason two, it is more cost effective to you as a consumer if you do not take more than what your body needs. Start low; a generic conservative starting dose is around 10mg. If your initial dose does not work for you, you do not need to worry! This is a commonplace outcome of a beginning dose, especially when following conservative dosing strategies. Go slow; allow enough time for the CBD to do the job it’s intended to do. Patience is key here!
We suggest taking that starting dose consistently for about 10 days. Keep going; if you are not feeling the desired result then it’s time to increase your dose. We suggest at least five days between each dose increase. The most common mistake that people make with CBD is not taking the dose that is right for them and it’s an easy one to make!
So, remember…
Start low, go slow, but KEEP GOING.
